What's for dinner tonight?

Tonight, I needed to think of something fast to make up because Sunday is church day, So I look in my freezer and there's left over teriyaki sauce and chicken breast...so I think...Hmmm okay lets make Teriyaki chicken duh what else right! Lol I lightly coated medium diced chicken in egg and in a flour & corn starch mix, pan fry and then tossed it in the sauce, pared it white rice and roasted asparagus. Wow it came out just like if I went to a Chinese buffet! Lol saved me $15 per person! Cooking can be so easy and fun if you want it to be! Happy cooking y'all!  :-)
