What's for dinner tonight?

Yayyy its Chiles rellenos!! My all time favorite!! How could u go wrong with a roasted Poblano Chile stuffed with ground turkey, cheese, and dipped in a fluffy egg white batter and then pan fried!! Topped with a tomato salsa pared with Spanish rice! Wow amazing right! Well your right it was! This plate brings me back to my childhood helping my gma whip those eggs whites to a soft peak, because back then there wasn't a kitchen aid mixer Lol like my gpa loves to say estilo mexicano! Lol happy cooking ya'll  :-)
